What is TOPIK?

The TOPIK, Test of Proficiency in Korean, is a written test designed to measure the ability of non-native speakers for expression and comprehension in the Korean language.

A TOPIK certificate lasts up to 2 years.

You need at least 'Grade 4 or 5' to apply higher education institutions.

RG Korean offers classes for Korean learners studying for TOPIK exam.

Exam Dates in the UK in 2026​

• The 105th TOPIK : 11 April 2026
  (UK application : 5 ~ 25 January 2025)

• The 108th TOPIK : 17 October 2026
  (UK application : 6 ~ 26 July 2025)

Test Fees

• TOPIK I  : £55 (for beginner, Grade 1 and 2)

• TOPIK II : £65 (for intermediate and above, Grade 3 to 6)
