Our group class refund policy

RG Korean places customer satisfaction first and foremost, and offers a fair and clear refund policy for all programmes(services) and digital products. Refund requests are processed according to the criteria below.

Before the course(or term) starts

If you cancel it up to 7 days before the course starts: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.

If you cancel it 1~6 days before the course starts: 80% of the total amount will be refunded.

After the course(or term) has started

The refund amount will be adjusted depending on the program progress stage.

- Before the 4th class has been completed: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

- After the 4th class has been completed: No refund

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the date of the request.
