Group class refund policy

Our group class refund policy

RG Korean places customer satisfaction first and foremost, and offers a fair and clear refund policy for all programs and digital products. Refund requests are processed according to the criteria below.

Before the course starts

If you cancel it up to 7 days before the course starts: 100% of the total amount be refunded.

If you cancel it 1~6 days before the course starts: 80% of the total amount will be refunded.

After the course has started

The refund amount will be adjusted depending on the program progress stage.

- Before the 4th class has been completed: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

- After the 4th class has been completed: No refund

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the date of the request.
